Interior Design Services
1. Interior Design Service is offered in Basic and Advance categories
2. Basic Interior Service is offered at INR 3,000/- per room
3. Advance Interior Design Service is offered at INR 5,000/- per room
4. The service fees does not include the cost of the IKEA products
5. The service fees includes all taxes
6. The Interior Design service fees charged cannot be clubbed with any other service offered by IKEA India
7. The Interior Design service fees is applicable only for customers in India
8. The Service fees is refunded on purchase of the IKEA products as per the designs
9. The refund of the service fees is applicable on purchases above INR 25,000/-
10. In case of cancellation of the order/purchases the refund will not be processed
11. The interior designer/ planner will discuss only the rooms booked by the customer as per the planning
order instructions. Any extra room assistance will have to be again booked by the customer through the
Customer Support Center
12. The interior design service can be cancelled 24 hours prior for IKEA to refund 100% of the interior design
service fees.
13. All cancellation or cancellation of the scheduled appointments should via a call/email/chat through the
Customer Support Center
14. The IKEA Customer Support Centre operates from 09:00 Hrs to 18:00 Hrs on all days

Definition:
1. The basic interior design Service includes:
a. Personalized product collage, IKEA Mood Board.
b. 60 minutes of Consulting by an experienced IKEA Interior designer
2. Advance interior design Service includes:
a. Personalized product collage + 3D Designs
b. 90 minutes of Consulting by an experienced IKEA Interior designer: 60 minutes consulting and a
second 30mn follow up session
Disclaimer
1. The terms & conditions defined in the Interior Design Service Agreement shall in no way either willfully or
unintentionally hinder, obstruct or curtail the statutory consumer rights as specified under the Indian
Consumer Protection Act. In case if perceived to do so, IKEA assures that consumer rights shall prevail
overriding any such terms & conditions” IKEA will not use your personal data for any marketing purposes
other than for purposes directly relating to successful completion of the delivery.
