All foreign citizens traveling to Mexico must fill out the Multiple
Immigration Form. Some airlines no longer hand out these forms on
board, we recommend you to fill out and print yours online prior to
arrival. This document will need to be printe double-sided.

Fill out the official entry form.
You’ll need to fill out the customs declaration form both prior to arriving
Mexico and prior to departure from Mexico to your home country. You’ll
present this form to the customs officer upon arrival. You can fill out this

Once you finish filling out the information, you will get a QR code, save it
so you can show it at customs.

Because of new health and safety requirements due to COVID-19, you must
complete these three steps in order to depart from Los Cabos.
DEPARTURE PROTOCOLS
3 STEPS TO DEPARTURE
All airlines are required to confirm a negative test result for all
passengers returning to the U.S. Your test must be taken within 24
hours before your flight. You’ll need to submit this to your airline either
online or in person.
Submit an attestation (written documentation) to the U.S. Government,
through your airline, that you are COVID-19 negative or have recently
recovered from COVID-19. Each passenger will be required to submit a
form within 24 hours of your flight.

Form that was presented at the arrival.

All Airlines have their own requirements in order to board your plane
home, so make sure you have the documentation needed. Find your
airline: American Airlines, United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Delta
Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Frontier and Jetblue.
