Unofficial transcripts, a portfolio refelecting applicant's talents & abilities
in digital & interactive media, and a writing sample in response to
department prompt are required (see

collects documents via 4th quadrant of Cal State Apply. This program will
consider applicants with 3-year bachelor’s degree. Students without a
background in production and design of interactive experiences may be
offered admission to a 3-year program to complete a year of preliminary
courses before joining the regular cohort in the following year.

This program has an early application deadline: December 15. This
program requires a field-internship of 1,080 hours that takes place in-
person 2 weekdays per week in the first year and 3 weekdays per week in
the second year in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Applicants may be
required to consent to a criminal background check prior to agency
internship placements. No required Prerequisites at this time.

This program has an early application deadline: January 15. Department
application via CSDCAS has $139 application fee. Standard program for
students with background in communication disorders is two years. If
undergraduate degree is not in communication disorders, must complete
prerequisite courseswhich will take 3 years plus one additional term to
complete the "extended" program. A clear criminal records check is
required in order to work, volunteer, or participate in clinical practicum
coursework for the program.

Biotechnology Certificate
Program (BCP)
baccalaureate degree in any field of biological sciences with one year of
introductory biology, general chemistry, and organic chemistry plus one
term of Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, and Molecular Cell Biology
within the last 3 years. LORs need to be emailed directly to the graduate
coordinator (Maria Gallegos) using a work email address (gmail, yahoo etc
will NOT be accepted) as an attachment of official letterhead (preferred).
