FLIGHT ATTENDANTS
Minimum Requirement
The criteria listed below are the absolute minimum required to
join Fiji Airways as cabin crew:
• At least 18 years of age
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Minimum High School education, Form 7 (Year 13 pass) or
equivalent
• Competent swimmer
Step 1
You’ll need the following items attached to your completed
application form:
• Updated resume
• One copy of your highest educational cert ificate (certified)
• Bring your swimming change
Step 2: Open Recruitment Day (Labasa 11

What Happens – Once a date and venue is confirmed a
notification will go out. The day will be made up of a number of
stages. So be there early. At these stages candidates are further
shortlisted before moving to the next stage of our recruitment
process.
The Day will typically look like this:
• Sign-in / Registration (8.30am)
• Hand-over required documents
• Height Confirmation
• Weight Confirmation
• Swimming
• Brief Chat / Group exercises
• Test
Step 4: Final Interview
Unfortunately, the majority of candidates who attend an
Assessment Day/ Open Recruitment Day won’t be invited to
Final Interview. The competition is extremely tough so making
it to this stage is a really big achievement. The interview will
normally last between 25-40 minutes. You will be contacted
with regard to the interview dates.
Finally
You’ll be notified of the result / outcome of your interview by
email.
