Princess is pleased to oer a special military personnel onboard credit program. This program is available to active military,
retired military and disabled military veterans with proper identification in the following service divisions: United States
Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard or Reserves, Canadian National Defense and the British Army,
Royal Marines, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force or Reserves.
We encourage US Military personnel to submit online using our enhanced verification service at princess.com/military_

Onboard credit amount

**The onboard credit will be issued in the operational currency onboard the vessel and applied to the fo-
lio of the veteran or active duty personnel’s stateroom. For example, a voyage operating in Australia where
the onboard currency is Australian Dollars, the onboard credit will be the value shown above in AUD.
Restrictions
• This oer is valid for a maximum of two military personnel per booking.
• This oer is combinable with other Onboard Credit oers.
• This oer is non-transferable.
• This oer cannot be used for casino credits/charges.
• This oer is combinable with most cruise fares. Some restrictions apply.
• Applications to receive this benefit must be made no later than  days prior to the cruise departure date.

To request this benefit, please complete the following information and submit together with a copy of the required proof of
eligibility indicated below. Requests will be accepted up to 14 days prior to your sailing date. Please ensure that documentation
provided has the Social Security Number crossed out US military personnel are not required to submit this form when using
our improved online verification service. Click here to Submit Online

U.S.: A military verification certificate conrming active duty status.
Canada: CFFC All Service Silver Card with the initials CAS in the lower left corner
UK: Ocial Military identification
Retired personnel
Retired personal defined as A) enlisted personnel or ocers with a minimum of  years of service.
U.S.: DD*, WD AGO (War Department Adjunct General Form) or NAVPERS (Naval Personnel Discharge Form)
Canada: CFFC All Service Silver Card with the word Veteran in the lower left corner
UK: Appropriate proof of service issued by the MOD
Veterans with an honorable discharge
Veterans with an honorable discharge serving a minimum of  years or  months in an active war zone, or an educational
discharge if within  days of their normal separation date in any of the applicable service divisions listed above.
Please provide a copy of the following:
U.S.: DD *, WDAGO (War Department Adjunct General Form) or NAVPERS (Naval Personnel Discharge Form)
Canada: VAC (Veterans Aairs Canada) Health Identification Card
UK: Appropriate proof of service issued by the MOD
