20%apps%or%more.%

2. The%program%facilitator%and/or%school%principal%checks%the%mobile%device%app%request%form%for%appropriate%educational%

justification%prior%to%approving%each%app%purchase.%

3. School%orders%volume%purchase%program%voucher%in%denominations%of%$100%to%$10,000%(in%$100%increments),%using%the%

required%quote%to%g en erate % a%PO,%just%as%they%would%order%any%other%Apple%product,%if%they%do%not%already%have%a%

redeemed%vouch er%in %th eir%v olum e%p u rch ase %pro gra m %ac co un t%(if%a%v o uc he r%ha s%p rev iou sly%b ee n%re d eem e d%s kip%to %s tep %7).%

4. Apple%mails%the%voucher%back%to%the%purchasing%school.%

5. The%school%receives%the%voucher%and%gives%it%to%the%designated%program%facilitator%for%the%school.%%

have%been%assigned%by%a%program%manager%(Mary,%Bra d,%o r%Heather)%and%redeem s%th e%v o uc h er%

7. The%program%facilitator%searches%for%a%specifically%requested%app,%enters%the%desired%quantity%to%be%purchased,%buys%the%

apps,%and%downloads%the%activation%codes.%

8. The%program%facilitator%distributes%the%appYspecific%activation%code%to%the%teacher(s)%or%other%end%user(s).%%If%the%app%copies%

are%being%purchased%for%multiple%end%users%the%facilitator%provides%each%end%user%with%a%unique%activation%code.%%If%

however,%the%app%copies%are%being%used%on%a%classroom%mobile%device%cart%the%facilitator%provides%the%end%user%with %o n e%

activation%code%in%order%for%the%app%to%be%downloaded%one%time.%%The%facilitator%is%responsible%for%maintaining%the%

spreadsheet%(in%the%VPP%facilitator%website%account)%that%d ocu m en ts%th e%n um b er%o f%app s%p urch as ed %in%case %of%an %au dit.%

9. The%teacher/end%user%receives%the%activation%code,%logs%into%the%iTunes%account%on%the%syncing%computer%or%mobile%device,%

and%redeems%one%download%code%for%the%purchased%app.%%The%app%only%needs%to%be%downloaded%once%and%can%be%synced%

with%the%same%number%of%devices%that%the%app%purchase%was%for.%

10. The%teacher/end%user%syncs%the%classroom%devices%with%the%syncing%computer%that%is%logged%into%the%iTunes%account%that%

the%app%was%purchase d%w ith.%
